From $249 for one standard-access wall-mounted indoor unit and one associated outdoor unit. Add $109 for each additional indoor unit and $99 for each additional outdoor unit in the same visit.
Unusual access, restoration-level buildup, repairs, parts, and work outside the published scope are discussed and quoted separately before work.
Condensate path
The drain pan and accessible condensate path are cleaned as part of the visit.
Associated outdoor unit
The standard visit includes outdoor-coil cleaning for the associated unit when access and conditions fit the published scope.
Basic operating check
The visit includes a basic operation and temperature check. It is not a repair diagnosis, refrigerant service, or guarantee of future performance.
