Will a heat pump still work below zero?
Many cold-climate models continue providing heat at very low outdoor temperatures. Output and efficiency change as temperatures fall, which is why we consider the selected model’s low-temperature capacity and size from the home—not a shortcut.
Do I need backup heat?
Not always. The answer depends on the home, system coverage, equipment, and design. We’ll make the proposed backup strategy clear before you choose.
Can you replace an older heat pump?

Do you clean heat pumps you did not install?
