Federal 25C update: The IRS states the Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit is not allowed for property placed in service after December 31, 2025. That expired credit is excluded from Hita’s 2026 messaging.

Treat them as a reason to check eligibility, not as a discount already earned. The system, outdoor-unit count, property, household eligibility, and program rules all affect the result.
